At the 1994 Gainesville Hempfest Jack Herer, author of “The Emperor Wears No Clothes”, stopped to speak just before he went on stage. Originally produced with the help of and aired on the Tampa/Hillsborough County Public Access station in 1994. Today that facility and channel is known as Tampa Bay Community Network — www.TBCN.org .

Overgrow The World was created to make sure that we all see a final repeal of cannabis/hemp prohibition within our lifetime…we can’t afford to wait another year, or another decade, or another century, if we are going to start undoing the damage we’ve already done to the people of this world, and to tne environment itself.
The ONLY plant capable of growing in all habitable areas of the planet is cannabis/hemp.
The ONLY plant that can be used as a raw material for paper, fiber, fuel, food, paints and coatings, medicine, plastics, lubricants, building materials, and tens of thousands of other products we use every day is cannabis/hemp.
